I´ve already shared some tips about guest etiquette & summer baby christening parties (see Baby christening party & guest etiquette ideas), but let´s go deeper:

the perfect welcome combines a special guest bag, which has to be given at the very beginning of the event, since it usually contains a favour useful thoughout the party, e.g. a paddle fan or a pair of colourful flip-flops.

The Thank you bag is the traditional gift to say goodbye (& come back soon!). The guest favours of this baby christening party contains the same literary theme of the welcome paddle fans we created, that is the amazing book The Little Prince. Here you find some pics and tips:

TIP #1 You migt say that I love rustic paper bags, well, that´s 1! I can even say that brown paper is my paper for all seasons: amazingly multipurpose and multitasking... a bit of creativity and you´ll get lovely projects!

TIP #2 Add a tiny extra-element: here we decided to create a baby corner, the pale blue ground is of course the same hue of the paddle fans created especially for this party.

TIP #3 The quote from the The Little Prince, which is the fil rouge of the project, may or may not be displayed on the favours: here we adopted for a rolled card, only the baby´s name is visible, the rest they will find while unfolding!
